There has been a little more disclosed about the criminal history of the previously arrested illegal alien Edwin Ramos. He was the MS-13 gangster who murdered a father and two sons in San Francisco on July 22 over a minor traffic dispute. (See additional details in my article Is San Francisco At The Tipping Point?.)

The man charged with killing a father and two sons on a San Francisco street last month was one of the youths who benefited from the city’s long-standing practice of shielding illegal immigrant juveniles who committed felonies from possible deportation, The Chronicle has learned.

Edwin Ramos, now 21, is being held on three counts of murder in the June 22 deaths of Tony Bologna, 48, and his sons Michael, 20, and Matthew, 16. They were shot near their home in the Excelsior district when Tony Bologna, driving home from a family picnic, briefly blocked the gunman’s car from completing a left turn down a narrow street, police say.

Ramos, a native of El Salvador whom prosecutors say is a member of a violent street gang, was found guilty of two felonies as a juvenile - a gang-related assault on a Muni passenger and the attempted robbery of a pregnant woman - according to authorities familiar with his background.

He tried to rob a pregnant woman, but was nevertheless deemed as worthy of protection by the generous folks in San Francisco City Hall. When was the last time you were treated with such kindness by government?

Presumably MS-13 gangster Edwin Ramos would have been eligible for amnesty (pre-triple murder) under last year’s proposed legislation. He could have “renouncedâ€

National guard, military, and ICE need to use this to go straight in on SF, immediately.

While he's dancing with his bride, wining and dining and brown-nosing all around, I hope he spares a teeny tiny moment to think about how the family of Anthony, Michael & Matthew Bologna are feeling in the once-beautiful city by the bay he and his ilk have destroyed!

I hope he reflects long and hard on this, for no spin can explain his negligence in ENFORCING FEDERAL LAWS! Three MORE innocent American citizens died at the hands of one who he refused to turn over to ICE. A KNOWN criminal with a history of violence.

I hope he reflects until it chokes him! He can certainly kiss the job of governor GOODBYE!

San Fransisco should no longer receive U.S. Taxes if they no longer enforce the law EQUALLY. Paraphrasing George Orwell In San Francisco, 'some 'Pigs are MORE EQUAL than Citizens'.
The real question is: does the law apply equally to citizens and non-citizens? Illegal aliens are protected from prosecution by the city government while the same government continues to enforce the laws ONLY on CITIZENS.
We went through the Civil Rights marches of the fifties and sixties as well as a few wars to enforce equal rights, why do we now sacrifice those rights to people that are breaking multiple laws just to be here and those who profit from them?

The South refused to accept laws made by the 'North' they did not like and Abe Lincoln called out the troops to MAKE them accept, why are there no troops gathered along the borders of San Francisco? We are assured we still have the same Constitution why isn't it being ENFORCED EQUALLY including Citizens?

PANDERING POLITICIANS, PROFITEERS and PARASITES support the invasion of our country by criminals from around the world for PERSONAL POWER and PROFIT. They lose sight of the fact that their actions will bite them in the end, look at the builders who fired their Citizen employees to increase profit by hiring legal and illegal aliens who in turn sent most of their paychecks to wherever their home is and did NOT buy the houses they built, in the past American workers built and BOUGHT the houses they built, those same unemployed construction workers can't AFFORD to buy because their jobs abandoned them for short term FALSE PROFIT, they abandoned the buyers and the buyers can't buy, except out of OUR country.

PROFITEERS will only profit in the short term but as more aliens send their earnings OUT of the country they lower the value of the dollar internationally at the same time they remove the money from circulation in the U.S. a deadly combination for PANDERING POLITICIANS, PROFITEERS AND PARASITES.

City and state officials should be bought up on racketeering charges. Special attorney generals should be assigned to districts who take over police departments when elected officials break the law and attempt to hide behind their elected offices. Suspension of immunity from prosecution for repeated and aggravated offenses.

But when you have a Commander in Crook like George Bush it won't happen.
