NAPOLITANO 'HOPES' ATF DID NOT MISLEAD DHS ABOUT FAST & FURIOUS

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano did not rule out the possibility that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms misled her department about the intent of Operation Fast & Furious to put guns in the hands of Mexican drug cartels.

"I hope they did not," Secretary Napolitano responded to Congressman Michael McCaul (R-TX), who asked whether DHS or the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent assigned to assist ATF had been misled. The Secretary's response raises the question of whether one U.S. Government agency, in this case Attorney General Eric Holder's Department of Justice, misled another.

Rep. McCaul, Chairman of the Homeland Security Oversight & Investigations Subcommittee, is investigating DHS's role in Fast & Furious, the Department of Justice operation which walked an unknown number of guns south across the border to Mexico in a botched effort to track the weapons to Mexican drug cartels.

One of those weapons was traced to the scene of the murder of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry in Arizona. However, Secretary Napolitano could not quell speculation that weapons used to kill U.S. ICE Agent Jaime Zapata may also have been linked to Fast & Furious. Last week marked the one year anniversary of Agents Zapata and Victor Avila being ambushed on a Mexican highway by members of the Los Zetas cartel. Avila was wounded but survived.

"'It's possible', is what you're saying?" Rep. McCaul asked about a link during the hearing.

"I just don't know one way or another," Secretary Napolitano responded.

"So you can't conclusively say one way or the other whether there's a link to these weapons and Fast & Furious?" Rep. McCaul followed.

"That's true," Secretary Napolitano said.

Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano also said it was "unfair" that she was asked if the Arizona's border with Mexico was secure.

They're all playing stupid now that they've been caught. F&F was common knowledge, the only question is how high in this administration did it go? Who knew what when? Holder is outright lying about his knowledge and I suspect Janet is lying as well.

ATF did not mislead? Ok, we have solid evidence that the ATF was briefing at least two of Obama's top advisers INSIDE THE WHITE HOUSE and solid proof that the Gun Walker Fast and Furious SCANDAL involved people in ATF, DOJ, DHS, FBI, and other agencies!

Hmmmm, now how could it be possible for such an elaborate plan to take place involving so many different agencies in the Executive Branch? Well, there is only one real plausible answer to that. The answer is that Barack Obama knew and Obama and everyone else involved in the top tiers of this plot to use American tax monies to arm invading illegal alien and drug smugglers that have killed over 40,000 people in the last few years with military rifles.... should all be put on trial and thrown in jail if convicted of TREASON against the United States of America.

Geraldo Rivera was on Bill O'Reilly's show last week discussing how dangerous it is to vacation in Mexico. Geraldo said it was perfectly safe within the 'safe zones' that Mexican businesses set up for American tourists. Bill said he wouldn't dare go to Mexico because not only does he not trust dangerous environment of the drug cartel wars, but he trusts Mexican law enforcement even less. The term he used was "I don't want to get a 'shake-down' from Mexican police." Bill threw out the figure of 45,000 murdered in the past three years, and Geraldo (of course) corrected him with a number of 53,000 murdered - but still insisted it was perfectly safe to vacation in Mexico, and to even live there. Nobody really knows how many have been murdered in Mexico in the past three years. What everyone does know is that most of them were murdered over who controls the Billion Dollar Dope Market coming out of Mexico and being consumed by Americans in the United States.
