A nationwide manhunt is underway for three illegal aliens who are accused of kidnapping and raping two underage, teenage sisters in Bowling Green, Ohio.

According to WISTV10, four illegal aliens are alleged to have kidnapped and raped a 13-year-old girl and her 14-year-old sister at a Days Inn near Wooster Street in Bowling Green.

The teen sisters allegedly escaped the four illegal aliens after being held against their will and sexually assaulted, and were quickly taken to the hospital by their mother and stepfather.

Already in custody is 24-year-old illegal alien Simon Juan Thomas from Guatemala. Thomas was arrested and charged by Bowling Green Police with raping minors and is currently imprisoned on a $50,000 bond.

Meanwhile, the other three illegal aliens remain on the run with Bowling Green Police officials saying they believe the men have fled the region.

Police say 27-year-old Contreras is from Mexico, while Adiel had been using a fake ID that claimed he was a legal resident of Fellsmere, Florida. All four illegal aliens were using fake IDs, according to police.

Police are asking the public to focus on the photos of each illegal alien, rather than their names, as they are unclear whether these names are real or fake.

Two of the illegal aliens allegedly worked as drywallers while the other worked at Greenline Foods in Bowling Green.

Police are advising anyone with information on the whereabouts of the men are to contact the Bowling Green Police Division at 419-352-1131, Wood County CrimeStoppers at 1-800-54-CRIME, or a local law enforcement agency.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the men is allowed to stay anonymous and are eligible for an up to $1,000 reward should the information provided lead to the arrest and conviction of any of the suspects.

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency joined the nationwide search for three men accused of kidnapping and raping two teen girls in Ohio, authorities said.

A fourth suspect has been arrested and charged in the alleged crime, police said Tuesday.

Bowling Green police are searching for David Ramos Contreras, 27, Juan Garcia Rios Adiel and Arnulfo Ramos. Police said Contreras is from Mexico. It is unclear where the others are from, though Adiel possesses a fraudulent permanent resident I.D. out of Florida, police said.
Adiel and Ramos are not believed to be U.S. citizens, according to WKRC-TV.

The fourth suspect, Simon Juan Thomas, 24, of Guatemala, was arrested and charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, police said. Thomas was booked into the Wood County Justice Center, according to the Dayton Daily News.

The incident occurred sometime around June 28 after the victims, 13- and 14-year-old sisters, were taken to a hospital telling medical workers they had been sexually assaulted and held captive at a Bowling Green motel, WTOL-TV reported. Police said the teens had escaped their captors.

Police released photos of Contreras with two women exiting a Walmart in Holland on June 30. Police were seeking to identify the women.

Police were asking the public for help finding the three suspects.

The men were in the Bowling Green area working – two as dry wallers and one at Greenline Foods, according to WTOL-TV. They were reportedly staying in the motel, as were the girls with their mother.

LUBBOCK, Texas (KXAN) — A wanted fugitive out of Ohio has been captured in Lubbock.

David Ramos Contreras, 27, of Mexico, was arrested Thursday afternoon by the US Marshals Office and the Lubbock Police Department after being on the run for most of this week.

Contreras was wanted out of Ohio by the Bowling Green Police Department. Police say Contreras and four other men are suspected of kidnapping and sexually assaulting two girls, ages 13 and 14.


Contreras is being booked into the Lubbock County Detention Center and will be extradited to Ohio at a later date.

Authorities said they are still searching for two other suspects identified themselves to the victims as Juan Garcia Rios Adiel and Arnulfo Ramos. According to investigators, Adiel used a fraudulent U.S. Permanent Residence card out of Fellsmere, Florida.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the suspects or the incident is urged to contact the Bowling Green Police Division at 419-352-1131, Wood County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-54-CRIME or your local law enforcement agency. Information leading to the arrest and conviction of any suspect may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.

Thomas was arrested and charged by Bowling Green Police with raping minors and is currently imprisoned on a $50,000 bond.

Police say 27-year-old Contreras is from Mexico and was supposed to be deported from the U.S. last year but instead was released back into the public after getting out of prison for multiple drunk driving charges.

All four illegal aliens were using fake IDs, according to police.

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio (AP) — A second suspect has been arrested and two others are being sought for the kidnapping and sexual assault of two teen sisters at an Ohio motel, authorities said Thursday.

The U.S. Marshals Service arrested David Contreras, 28, in Lubbock, Texas. Bowling Green police say he's been charged with rape and kidnapping for the June 28 sexual assault of the sisters, ages 13 and 14, at a Days Inn where they were staying with their mother.

Authorities continue to search for 19-year-old Juan Garcia Rios Adiel and Arnulfo Ramos, whose age isn't known. Both are charged with rape and kidnapping.

Juan Simon, 24, was arrested shortly after the alleged assault and is charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Court records don't indicate whether he has an attorney.

Peter Elliott, U.S. Marshal for Northern Ohio, said Contreras was told by Immigration and Customs Enforcement last year to leave the U.S. after being twice arrested for driving under the influence and once for theft. Contreras was freed on bond and never left the country, Elliott said.

Adiel was found with a legal resident card under a false name and is believed to be in the U.S. illegally, Elliott said.

It's unclear what Ramos' immigration status is. Elliott said he suspects Ramos also is in the country illegally.

Simon had an identification card identifying him as a Guatemalan citizen. Elliott said Simon has been previously removed from the U.S. four times.

WTVG-TV in Toledo has reported that Bowling Green police spoke with the four men shortly after the sexual assault allegations were reported but before investigators had interviewed the girls or their mother.

Bowling Green police Major Justin White told WTVG the four men were living at the motel, as were the girls and their mother.

A reward of as much as $10,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of Adiel and Ramos.
