08-16-2005, 07:23 AM #12I think all of the "House and Senate Democrat budget conferees" should be made to stand,in person, live,in front of the people of North Carolina and explain to the people of North Carolina why granting "In State Tuition" to "Illegals" is good for the state,or the country for that matter.
These "Conferees"do not have the nerve to face the people. These Conferees" operate from behind closed doors.
Like "Cock Roaches" they run when they see light.
These are the kind of People that run this country.http://www.alipac.us/

my original post got lost, so I'll make it short . . .
in-state tuition for "illegal aliens" is a violation of the Constitution and the laws of the United States. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination based upon "national origin" and CLEARLY, the citizens of the several states are being discriminated against because of their "national origin" --- they are legal citizens of the states and the United States.
'Aliens' -- legal or illegal, are not entitled to protection under the Civil Rights Act of 1964 based upon "national origin" because they are "foreign nationals" not American citizens protected under the Constitution FOR THE United States and the laws of the United States --- national "origin" and "nationality" are two separate and distinct things
"Aliens" are under the "law of nations" and no state can lawfully be sued by an "illegal alien" for discrimination under the laws of the United States.
The "Alien Tort Statute" gives aliens the right to sue for civil TORTS in violation of the "law of nations" -- not the "laws of the United States"
However, the citizens of the several states can sue the legislatures of the states and the representatives for discrimination and violation of
Constitutional rights. Where state officials are "outside of the law" and operating "outside of the Constitution" I don't believe they are entitled to immunity.
If these officials were held personally accountable for the actions, they wouldn't be so quick to discriminate against citizens"Those who cannot learn from history are doomed to repeat it" George Santayana "Deo Vindice"

I'm going to unload on some of you worthless Democrats in the General Assembly who are trying your best in rolling out the red carpet for illegals in this state. We've had enough already of your tactics and your under the table wheeling and dealing. Why don't you do us all a favor and just go home never to return to Raleigh.
I have never seen a bunch of worthless individuals in my life. I wonder just how much $ you are getting paid for doing us legals in?
Someday your names will come out in public who you are. Then it is going to be roasting time.I wonder how many illegals got their NC driver licenses renewed last week? President Bush needs to protect the borders not illegals. President Bush is a coward and guilty of treason when it comes to securing the borders.
