Yet another case of hispanic male raping a little girl. We need to press the Winston Salem police dept.(phone (336)773-7700) and the Forsyth County sheriff's dept.((336) 917-7600) for immigration status of this piece of filth. They won't tell if we don't make them.

WINSTON-SALEM -- Police who responded to a reported rape Friday arrested a man they said had sex with a 9-year-old girl.

Officers said they responded to the call at a home on Sprague Street, but their investigation revealed the incidents had been happening at a home on Peachtree Street since April.

Jose Luis Antunez, 42, was arrested and charged with one count of first-degree sexual offense with a child and nine counts of taking indecent liberties with a child.

He was being held on a $1 million bond.

Police said the victim lived with Antunez and his family.

WINSTON-SALEM — A 42-year-old man is being held on a $1 million bond on charges that he raped a 9-year-old girl.

Winston-Salem police said Jose Luis Antunez of 2215 Peachtree St. was charged with one count of first degree sexual offense with a child and nine counts of taking indecent liberties with a child. The assaults were reported Friday.

Police did not identify the victim but said she is a 9-year-old girl who is related to Antunez. Police said the sexual assaults had taken place at Antunez' home since April.

Antunez is being held in the Forsyth County jail. He has a court date of Nov. 20.
