    Well, if Ramirez was also an illegal or even simply a Mexican national won't the murder eventually fall under the jurisdiction of the Mexican Consulate? Even if we catch him won't it become a revolving door yet again if this is the case? What a nightmare! Boy I sure am glad our government knows what it is doing...Can you imagine how screwed up things would be if they weren't on top of things?
