Thread: New Bill Targets Illegal Immigrant Health Care Costs

Would this include billing the country of origin for the the free prenatal care and birthing services? These are probably what cost the hospitals and health departments the most in regards to illegals; however, we all know once the child is born here we can't bill anybody for their care-they're new American citizens!
