They've just created yet another loophole - eg. justification - for aliens to become 'victims' in order to gain entry to the country. Will there now be a fraudulent 'victimization' industry to complement document fraud, ID theft, fake marriages, etc?

USPatriot they play games like that with police all the time. I seen it in Miami Dade back in 2005.

legislatures money is another issue

Two illegals enter the US, one hits the other and gets deported and the other gets amnesty.

This is just another damn path to citizenship and they are getting ahead of the ligitimate visa holders and applicants.

It takes them 5 years to become citizens.

I don't get any thing so special when I'm victimized. What do I get! I got to send my car to the junk yard, when I was vicitimized. I didn't get anything as great as citizenship.

What did Countryman, Goodman and Kortland get? A funeral.

It is unsetting to Americans who were born here but it also makes people like myself who immigrated here angry. We are the ones who had to wait and wait to go from one process to another. We also had to pay which I don't think they do. I know for battered women it's all on the taxpayer.
