Thread: Nine Arrested Today At Construction Site

Investigators from the Bay County Sheriff’s Office visited the site of Wyatt Construction located at 3306 Highway 98, Mexico Beach, Thursday after complaints had been received regarding suspected illegal aliens working at this job site.

A check with the construction site superintendent found that several illegal aliens had produced stolen social security numbers to gain employment.

The following individuals were arrested as a result of this check:

Francisco Pina, DOB 8/12/65 of 9330 Olive Avenue, Port St. Joe, FL
Charge: Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information
Place of birth: Mexico

Antonio Moctezuma Solis, DOB 6/13/69 of 9330 Olive Avenue, Port St. Joe
Charge: Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information
Place of birth: Mexico

Jaime Moreno Solis DOB 4/30/78 of 9330 Olive Avenue, Port St. Joe
Charge: Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information
Place of birth: Mexico

Gerardo Solis Moreno DOB 6/30/84 of 9330 Olive Avenue, Port St. Joe
Charge: Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information
Place of birth: Mexico

Manuel Jesus Arevalo DOB 12/06/69 of 106 C Beulah Avenue, Panama City
Charge: Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information
Place of birth: Mexico

Carlos Garfias DOB 11/24/79 106 C Beulah Avenue, Panama City
Charge: Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information
Place of birth: Mexico

Jose Luis Jimenez DOB 09/20/67 607 W. 11th Street, Panama City
Charge: Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information
Place of Birth: Mexico

Cesar Chichizola Aoki DOB 5/21/52 Kapallua Avenue, Panama City
Charge: Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information
Place of birth: Peru

Jacinto Ramon Aguilar DOB 11/12/75 Hickory Street, Panama City
Charge: Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information
Place of birth: Mexico

Illegal Alien Queries (IAQ) have been run on these 9 individuals but information on their status has not yet returned. Information on their arrests has been turned over to local Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Members of the Bay County Sheriff’s Office have been able to contact many of the individuals whose social security numbers have been used by these individuals. These victims, while distressed about learning their SS numbers have been stolen, have expressed gratitude to the BCSO for it’s efforts in these investigations.

Information on their arrests has been turned over to local Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

I'd say the chances are better than even that ICE will not come get them, not if the fruadulant use of a SSN is all you're holding them on. Hopefully I'm wrong and ICE is getting more serious about their responsibilities to this country and the American people!

AMEN! Maybe if the illegals become aware that we will throw them in in jail and aren't going to offer them the freedom to run around getting jobs and free medical care, they won't bother coming.
