A fine should be imposed against any country who has illegals here. Take it out of foreign aid to that particular country. And fingerprint the person on their way out. If the same person is caught her again, fine their country double. Third time, triple and so on.

Any employer caught with illegals, even if they say they did not know....fine them. Many people get charged with crimes where they didnt know....but they still have to pay the price. A good example is taxes...if you make a mistake, you have to pay a penalty. But at the time you thought your taxes were correct.

Make employers pay a fine to our government, and make them pay for the illegal's trip home. Give the illegal any money they paid into SS so we dont have to support them later. If there are legal fees or incarceration fees, make the employer pay it. For any employer who keeps hiring illegals...increase the fine. And I mean fine them big time. Its ok if they go out of business because of the fines. Other businesses in the same sector will pick up the slack and expand. Let them bite the dust....an example for other employers.

No visa workers either. Let employers train employees to do the job like they use to do. Then they have incentive to keep the employee long term because they have something invested in them. Any employer who has employees in other countries should be considered a foreign company, not an American company. If they dont like it TS. We do like it.

Future border scenario: The MEXICAN government has police stationed at the border to keep Mexicans from crossing to USA because they dont want their country to be fined for each illegal.
I like what you have to say redpony. Logical and probably effective approaches.

So true that penalties are consistently imposed for non-compliance, especially by government agencies.
