Trial date set in lewdness case

The following people appeared in Carson City District Court before Judge Bill Maddox on Tuesday:
Stephen Garrett Dixon, 20, pleaded not guilty to lewdness with a child under 14. A jury trial has been set for June 20.
Mario Perez-Ramirez, 32, was sentenced to probation for 18 months and a suspended prison sentence of 20 to 30 months on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Hugo Diaz-Ramirez, 24, was given probation for three years and a suspended prison sentence of 12 to 30 months on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He must also cooperate with immigration officials.
Tony Allen Jacobsen, 34, will be tried on March 26 on a charge of trafficking.

What the hell???? Probation? Suspended prison sentence? WHAT ABOUT DEPORTATION??? I'm oh so sure he will "cooperate with immigration officials."

No more pardons for illegals. Just send them home. ICE can capture all the illegals if they want to.
