Thread: NY City Mayor Bloomberg should be charged with FACILITATION

For those of you that wondered what FACILITATION is, it is usually charged as a felony and it is charged on a person who has full knowledge of a crime/conspiracy being committed, but fails to come forward and notify authorities to prevent the crime from going ahead.
