Listening to Dobbs radio show 5-6 pm today, all of a sudden he said something about the amnesty bill and the supporters of it not willing to "compromise," same as the anti-illegal groups.

No, all of you, Lou Dobbs was speaking as someone who sees there is room for compromise. How could someone be so completely closed out over the possibility of compromise? Hadn't Lou Dobbs brought up many stories that would never have seen the light of day?

Remember, it is the OPPONENTS of amnesty who hold the highest cards. If Bush didn't win in 2007, it is even less like Obama could win it. Sure, they'll make a lot of noise that the media likes, but amnesty will not pass unless Congressmen Gutierrez and Baca get real...

Why not get true and authentic border security if it means a compromise? It was wrong to savage Lou Dobbs.

No, digorykirke, compromise was in 1986, compromise failed. Now it is time to understand that laws have been laid and laws have been ignored. Time for the other side to compromise their butts to the other side of the border and to think about the laws.
