Obama: Can't Go on With Broken Immigration System
Obama: Can't Go on With Broken Immigration System
Wednesday, April 29, 2009 9:10 PM
WASHINGTON -- President Barack Obama says the United States can't continue with a "broken" immigration system. He says it's not good for anybody.
The president is standing by his support for comprehensive immigration reform that includes an eventual path to citizenship for millions of foreigners in the country illegally. But he says his administration must convince Americans that it's doing everything it can to secure U.S. borders or it will be difficult to persuade people to embrace other reforms.
Obama is speaking at a news conference to mark his 100th day in office.
He says he hopes to work with key legislators to examine how legislation may take shape. IN THE MEANTIME HE SAYS HIS ADMINISTRATION IS TAKING ADMINISTRATIVE STEPS TO ADDRESS THE MATTER.

Nonsense Obama we know you are lying.
All that needs to be done to fix the so-called broken system is to enforce our immigation laws.

He is on a mission to provide more cheap labor for his union, corporate, Chamber of Commerce masters and votes to keep these schmucks at the corrupt table of power. Eliminating all interior enforcement by forgiving illegal aliens who use stolen identities to displace Americans from jobs by rewarding them with work permits and leaving our borders wide open, especially during a pandemic is not what I would call convincing the American people you are serious about border security and interior enforcement. Those stupid, ignorant, idiotic, corrupt, inept and incompetent fools in this fraud of an administration really think the American people will believe these schmucks when they have not secured the border allowing 5,000 to 10,000 to illegally cross every week further burdening our health care and other LIMITED resources.
There is no freedom without the law. Remember our veterans whose sacrifices allow us to live in freedom.

Illegal Immigration
If Obama could figure out that there is a guide that made our country great called the United States Constitution. The more they try to change it the worse things get.

I thought his answer was somewhat sensible, at least he acknowledged that something had to be done to keep the next wave from coming.
Immigration reform should reflect a commitment to enforcement, not reward those who blatantly break the rules. - Rep Dan Boren D-Ok

Obhama said there will be key administration steps taken to prepare the way for immigration reform. I'm guessing he means Homeland Security modifications, I.C.E. cutbacks, socialized health care, increased trade with Mexico, bailouts, grants etc.
Actually, all he has to do is list and summarize all the EXISTING activities our government is mistakenly allowing for the protection of the illegal alien community and spout a silver-tongued eloquent emphasis on pretend enforcement thus giving a false security to gullible Americans. The Democrats in Congress will continue to plug in the holes on the national road to amnesty with more legislation detrimental to the welfare of legitimate citizens and the sovereignty of this country.
Watch out for the platform of national steps coming your way.
