    Why isn't our Congress speaking up against this violation of our sovereignty? States should NOT ALLOW THE UN to crosss their borders.

    Why isn't our Congress speaking up against this violation of our sovereignty? States should NOT ALLOW THE UN to crosss their borders.
    Probably for the same reason they said nothing when President GW Bush referred a legal case in Texas, regarding the appeal of a death penalty, to the UN. Fortunately the Supreme Court specifically said that the opinion of the UN, or any foreign court, had no legal standing in the US and the murderer (an illegal alien, Mexican as I recall) got a one way visit to Old Sparky. One more reason to get the US out of the UN.
