Observaions On the Make E-Verify Manditory Petition

More than the petition itself, reaching the goal of 100,000 signatures by the deadline of June 13 is, what is of primary importance. We must not fail; there is a whole lot more at steak than getting the attention of the White House. Politicians respond to power and pressure. We must prove we have the strength and the numbers to be a threat to their careers. Otherwise, they will cynically conclude we are weak and ineffective and they will not give a crap about what we want.
It will be a very bad defeat for us if we fail in this effort, and some important spokesmen on our side will look like fools and they will be ignored when they try to influence legislation. Patriots, give this a top priority; do everything you can to spread the word and get others to sign it. It is not the petition; the show of strength is what really matters.
Quite frankly, I have often seen patriots’ efforts fail because too many did not try hard enough. Do not let that happen with this petition.

Here is another good link that should work: https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/pet...s-use-e-verify

Just put it on my FB page. Any other avenues you would suggest?

We all have family and friend and probably all of them are apathetic and indifferent. Hound them, be a pest. When possible stand behind them when they are signing the petition because they will probably say they have signed it just to make you shut up when in fact they have not.

Don’t just post it and sit back thinking it is on automatic pilot. There are all kinds of right wing blogs out there on the net. Surf around, and if you see nothing about the petition on a site, you post something, with the link, of course. After a day or two re post it to your FB. Keep it fresh, keep it in front of people. People remember with repetition and sometimes they just need a little push to do things. And people are not engaged all of the time, a lot gets past them, repetition will reduce that and increase positive action. Keep telling them it is important. Stay focused, stay active and we can make this a success. We must.
