    I am sure Barletta wil be able to see that 287g can be a good first step in achieving his goals .

    Perhaps a separate account can be setup to be used for fundraising to get the 287g program going. It would be a wiser investment of resources than appealing to a bunch of liberal, anti-American judges...

    It is not something that gets passed in a local district. Police officers have to go to the Federal government and get training and pass a test so that they are qualified to enforce federal ICE operations in cooperation with the Federal government.
