Officers arrest 31-year-old Mexican man convicted of sexually assaulting a child

Officers arrested a 31-year-old Mexican man with a sexual assault conviction last week in Mission.

The Harlingen Fugitive Operations Unit -- a part of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement -- arrested Adrian Rincon-Ruiz on Thursday.

Ricon-Ruiz is a Mexican citizen who previously lived in Edinburg, according to Hidalgo County jail records.
According to the federal criminal complaint:

Record checks revealed the defendant was formally removed from the United States to Mexico on April 27, 2012 via the Brownsville, Texas Port of Entry. The defendant was instructed not to return without permission from the Attorney General or the Secretary of Homeland Security of the United States. The defendant claims to have illegally re-entered the United States on or about February 1, 2016 by wading the Rio Grande River at or near Hidalgo, Texas.

Officers also determined Rincon-Ruiz was convicted of sexual assault of a child on April 24, 2012, and sentenced to 10 years
probation, according to the criminal complaint.

Officers charged Rincon-Ruiz with illegal re-entry.

Court records don't list an attorney for Rincon-Ruiz, who remains in federal custody.

Really? Raping a child gets you 10 years probation??!! Seriously?

Oh wait, he's Mexican, that means he works for the cartels, so that means OH NO he can't go to JAIL for raping a child, we need him to run the drugs. Police and Prosecutor say "oh gee, you're right, we'll give him PROBATION".

Americans really need to wake up. You're being hosed every single day by a cartel-owned legal system.

The judge should be exposed in the media and be raked over the coals. The child's AGE is not mentioned - how low did he go? these people are not right in the head - inbreeding just like the muslims. They want to make this the future of America? Shame, shame on our gov't.

This is a pure sleazeball scumbag - O & every politician that likes the open border agenda has let millions of these criminal types into our country. Scathing - fire them all.
