Some Valley farmers are struggling to find help that isn’t corrupt these days.
Smugglers use farmland on this side of the border to hide drugs and illegals. A Valley farmer says smugglers are using his land and farmhands to move their loads.
The Rio Grande is the first step in a long journey for smugglers. Once on the river bank, loads of drugs and illegals must find a gap in the fence. That's followed by miles of thick brush and farmland. Border Patrol agents stop many loads. Many more make it through.
