    Are these legal or illegal? if illegal, isn't OK enforcing any of those laws they passed ?

    The last I heard was that there has been a total of one person charged under 1804. The real teeth of the bill is still being held up in court.

    Yes the 07-08 school year started before 1804 went into effect.

    Didn't a fellow ALIAPCer move from Cali to Oklahoma recently? I'm sure they have to be super ticked at this one!
