OK: New litigation ahead for immigration law
TULSA — A Tulsa County man has filed a lawsuit alleging Oklahoma's recently enacted immigration law is unconstitutional.
Michael C. Thomas filed the lawsuit Thursday in Tulsa County District Court. The suit claims that House Bill 1804 is unconstitutional because it involves "wrongful expenditure of public funds.â€Immigration reform should reflect a commitment to enforcement, not reward those who blatantly break the rules. - Rep Dan Boren D-Ok
