OK: Pending law concerns farmers, law enforcement

HUMPHREYS — Millions of dollars worth of harvested cotton will flow through the Humphreys Co-op gin in the coming weeks, and manager Geary Cribbs finds no need to make political speeches about the work force that will make it happen. The faces, numbers and facts say enough.
All 30 of his workers are Mexican nationals.
And all have purportedly produced the proper identification to work here legally. Or so Cribbs hopes.

These may very well be "good people" but the fact remains that they broke the law.
