This past week Claire McCaskill launched an ad with Border Patrol agents pretending to be tough on immigration.

When they say Border Patrol, who exactly are they talking about? Is this a union spokesman speaking for the union BP agents or is this just one BP agent giving the impression he's speaking for all the BP agents?
