    OK let's suppose for just a moment that the USA really does need more immigrant workers. Would Zapata support increasing legal immigration to say 2 million a year and at the same time tell all illegal aliens to go home and get in line for those extra slots? I doubt it, he probably instead supports amnesty since it benefits 30 Latinos for every non-Latino beneficiary, telling illegals to go home and apply to come back legally would only give Latinos a 2 to 1 advantage.
