Immigration authorities said a Guatemalan man was living in the United States illegally for the second time in two years.

Feliciano Maria Duarte Caceres, 28, was living in Cranberry on July 18 when authorities found him. A federal grand jury indicted him on charges of violating federal immigration laws last week. He could spend two years in prison, pay $250,000 fine or be forced to do both if he is found guilty.

Caceres was deported from the United States in August 2008, but returned, prosecutors said.
