PHILADELPHIA — A Philadelphia man who operated car washes in Norristown and other area locations was sentenced Tuesday to one year of probation that includes six months’ home confinement for his role in a scheme to employ illegal immigrants at the car washes, according to federal prosecutors.

Robert Kramer, 56, pleaded guilty, June 1 to employing at least 50 illegal immigrants, with “constructive knowledgeâ€

Nice gesture!

They can talk and talk and talk and make new laws or reform old laws.......
BUT UNTIL THEY ENFORCE THESE LAWS,NOTHING WILL REALLY CHANGE!

THEY NEED MORE TEETH IN WHAT THEY PREACH AGAINST THE HIRING OF ILEGAL ALIENS IN THIS COUNTRY

The problem is that employers don't understand the full impact of hiring illegals. It's not just about their profit margin and how much they make at the end of the day. They are aiding and abetting America's enemy.

Illegals cost tax payers 383.3 billion dollars in 2008 to accommodate health care, education and incarceration. Tax payers get stuck with paying the extra money employers make by hiring illegals and then some. This fact may not bother employers, however if the American people’s resources are depleted the business may go out of business because the American people have no money to spend on their business.

And the illegals destroy our neighborhoods as most bring in drugs, prostitution and other crimes. They lower the value of our homes. And make our neighborhoods un-safe. As the illegals population grows, more police are needed, hospitals close (they can't afford the stampede of free-loading illegals), schools get jammed full of anchors, the quality of schools goes down to help the anchors and our children suffer.

Also, illegals bring us serious diseases like drug-resistant TB, chagna, and Leprosy. Someone who employs illegals may be in more danger of contracting these deadly diseases and passing them on to their families.

The illegals population literally lowers our entire quality of life. So while employers may enjoy more money at the end of the week, they are helping this population destroy America.

This is a population with third world corrupt socialist values and they have invaded our country in part because American employers hire them.

Also, the American people are hard working and deserve to be given jobs, if an employer hires an illegal over an American; the employer is ultimately digging their own grave and the grave of our country.

"ELE" I couldn't agree with you more. You hit it right on the head. Now it needs to be stopped. And it appears some of our politicians and media are only helping these criminals (illegal aliens).

One point being,is you do not see the children of (American)criminals ,that we throw in prison ,getting help with their education and extra benefits from the state and federal governments. Special priveleges

But yet the ILLEGAL ALIEN children(anchor babies) are granted such benefits! Maybe their parents are not in any prison or jail (but still here illegally)and still get benefits and are catered too by politicians and media.

Just a simple straight forward.......WHY?
