Mexican man indicted in immigration case

A Mexican man is facing up to two years in federal prison after a federal grand jury indicted him on illegal immigration charges, U.S. Attorney Mary Beth Buchanan said.

Vicente Perez-Gomez, 31, was indicted Aug. 19 and charged with violating federal immigration laws, Buchanan said.

According to the indictment, Perez-Gomez was found in the country after he had previously been deported.
