Shenandoah mayor defends immigration stance

About 30 people, some non-residents, attended Monday’s Shenandoah Borough Council meeting, again raising the issue of illegal immigrants in the community and accusing Mayor Thomas O’Neill of supporting illegal immigrants.

O’Neill defended himself against the accusations after he was spotted at the Unity Rally held to counter the Voice of the People Rally Aug. 30.

“It was not residents of Shenandoah that sponsored this (Voice of the People) rally. We didn’t want this coming into town because it would incite problems. We were informed of this and encouraged to have a counter rally,â€

Mayor Thomas O’Neill is a complete sellout to the illegal aliens. He is walking and talking just like their leaders.

I wonder if he has any concept how much he has just stepped into it. He has just enraged over 80% of the people in his town with these comments and positions.

He will soon feel the wrath of the electorate. Ill bet this guy is gone fast in the next election.

Actually, William, the town of Shenandoah is already working on a RECALL of this mayor!!
