    A staffing service fired about 75 employees this week because they walked out of the Arvato Digital Services plant after word spread about an immigration raid at a nearby factory.

    Guess this means they'll have to cancel; the march.......

    Immigration march, vigil planned for Ashville this weekend
    The march will begin at 5 p.m. at the Vance Monument and end in Pritchard Park, where community activists are expected to speak, organizers said.

    I think Bobby Walker, chief financial officer of Shelby-based Employment Staffing Inc., is just just covering his own *ss. I am sure he is worried that I.C.E. will be looking into all of his employees.

    They walked out because E-Verify was used on the new hires since January , not on all the employees.Now with a 6.6 percent jobless rate in nc means more jobs for us .
