ICE raids Latino night clubs in Dallas

A task force led by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement raided more than two dozen mostly Latino night clubs, restaurants, pool halls and other businesses Saturday night, arresting 49 undocumented immigrants employed as security guards, officials said.

3. Ojeda's Restaurant, 4617 Maple Ave., Dallas
4. El Penasco, 4601 Maple Ave., Dallas
5. Izalco Bar, 4605 Maple Ave., Dallas
6. Palacio, 4430 Maple Ave., Dallas
7. Metropolis, 8416 Denton Dr., Dallas
8. El Pulpo Restaurant, 2829 W. Northwest Hwy., Suite 330, Dallas
9. Los Compass Deli and Club, 2829 W. Northwest Hwy., Suite 216, Dallas
10. Taqueria Lupita's, Webb Chapel Ext., Dallas
11. Terry's Supermarket, 3025 Webb Chapel Ext., Dallas
12. Extravaganza Restaurant and Bar, 2905 Webb Chapel Ext., Dallas
13. Billares Puebla, 2900 Walnut Hill Lane, Dallas

25. Orienta Night Club II, 8120 Harry Hines Blvd., Dallas
26. La Tormenta, 9834 Brockbank Dr., Dallas

All of those arrested work for two local security companies, which authorities declined to identify Sunday.

“We don’t want to compromise the investigation so we’re not releasing the two security company names yet,â€

Wonderful illegal Aliens uniformed (some with guns) unreal let them guard

There are some unions where they could find a few hundred thousand...

Let's keep calling and reporting to ICE...there are still major janitorial, cleaning, food service contractors hiring illegal aliens at every major airport in the U.S. NEWARK, CHICAGO-O'Hare, Houston, Dallas etc. that means there are still thousands of illegal aliens using false documents to obtain employment at our nation's airports. ICE needs to survey some of the catering companies that are used by the airlines to service the aircraft.

My goodness! Look at all those bars and clubs with hispanic names! I cannot believe there are that many in Dallas-Fort Worth Area.

Immigration raids in these bars must have been like shooting fish in a barrel. They should go back in two weeks for another round up...

Actually, all those places are in Northwest Dalls -within about a 3 mile radius. In Irving, we have 246 restaurants with Latino names, of course that doesn't include the many markets, small shops/stores or the Irving Bazaar(used to be named Gran Pulga which is big flea in Spanish) which has many mom n pop stores with almost all Latino customers.

It's so bad here that many Hispanic owned businesses have had to change their menus to include "authentic" Latin American dishes -that's why you don't see a Taco Bell on every corner like you used to...

ICE should hit some of the NJ clubs. They'd hit the jackpot!
