The material she is taking off the sidewalks was stolen from the municipal recyclng program. She is taking the stuff with the highest prices per pound taking the operational profit away from the city that needs it to keep on operating. If the recycling program can not get those same goods it comes out of the city's municipal budget and hence from the tax payers.


I bet there are other illegal readers who are thinking that hey can do the same thing.

She broke the law to get here and municipal drains resources to stay here.

"Drains municipal resources" part is what gets me! That means sucking up the free benefits! Someone should tell her it will get worse, they're better off packing up and getting out.
