PELOSI’S ANGEL: Illegal Alien Sentenced to 401 Years in Prison For Kidnapping, Rape, Lewd Sex Acts Upon a Child Under the Age of 14

Illegal alien, violent rapist and child molester Macario Cerda

Visalia, California – 39-year-old Macario Cerda is an illegal alien who was sentenced to 401 years-to-life in prison for numerous violent sex crimes.

Cerda terrorized the family of the woman he was in a relationship with. He raped the woman’s two minor daughters; one of the rapes even resulted in a pregnancy and birth of a child.

Cerda was convicted by a jury of crimes against two victims consisting of three counts of forcible rape, one count of kidnapping to commit rape, one count of criminal threats and seven counts of lewd acts upon a child under the age of 14, according to a press release by Tulare County District Attorney Tim Ward.

In other words, Macario Cerda is one of Nancy Pelosi’s Angels who has a “spark of divinity.”

Cerda has a history of violent crimes against women and children and according to the DA press release, Cerda was deported ‘way too many times,’ yet he kept illegally re-entering the United States.

According to the DA, this monster forced one of the victims into his van and drove her to a remote location. He raped her while threatening to harm other members of her family. During the rape, the victim’s mother called her cell phone and overheard yelling.

After Cerda was arrested, investigators found that one of his victims was raped in 2010 when she was a minor. The rape resulted in a pregnancy and birth of a baby. The victims younger sister also told law enforcement Cerda raped and abused her when she was a child.

“This family will never have to live in fear of Cerda returning to terrorize them again. He will be serving his remaining days in a California prison,” stated District Attorney Tim Ward. “Criminals can, and will, find their way back to hurt the vulnerable. The courage of these women to stand up and rally back against this heartless predator is what gives all of us strength to battle for justice. This time, he is not coming back.”

So now the American taxpayer has to pay for this illegal alien child rapist to eat and breathe in prison.

The Democrats refuse to work with President Trump on border security.

The Democrats would rather have child rapists like Macario Cerda in the country terrorizing women and children than work with the President to secure the southern border.

An illegal alien in California has been sentenced to 401 years in prison for multiple violent sex crimes committed against a family, according to a district attorney office.
Macario Cerda was sentenced on Jan. 17, for three counts of forcible rape against two victims between 2009 and 2013. He was also convicted of one count of kidnapping to commit rape, one count of criminal threats, and seven counts of lewd acts upon a child under the age of fourteen.

The 39-year-old also has prior convictions of felony domestic violence and criminal threats against the victims’ mother, according to court records. He was subsequently deported but the illegal alien got back into the United States within five months and continued to terrorize the family.

“Behind the closed doors of this family, the women and girls suffered greatly from the ongoing and horrific violence at the hands of Cerda,” the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office said in a press release.

The attorney’s office detailed the horrific incidents in the press release. Back in 2013, Cerda, who was dating the victim’s mother at the time, forced one of the victims into his van and drove her to a remote location. There, he raped her while threatening to harm other members of her family. At one point, the victim’s mother called, overheard the yelling, and called the police.

The victim managed to escape by jumping into the driver’s seat and driving away after Cerda had left the van. He was later caught by Tulare County Sheriff’s deputies.

Officials said during the investigation of the 2013 rape, authorities discovered that the victim had been raped by Cerda previously when she was a minor in 2010. As a result of the attack, she became pregnant and gave birth to a child.

The victim’s younger sister also told investigators that Cerda had raped and abused her in 2009 when she was also a child. As she spoke at Cerda’s sentencing, she described the crimes he committed against the women in her family such as holding a knife to her sister’s throat. According to the attorney’s office, she started every description with the words “I forgive you for…”

“Her capacity to find forgiveness for a man who so terrorized a family is nothing short of remarkable,” officials said.

Deported Criminals Get Back In

The victim also warned the judge to “never grant him any possibility at being deported because he has crawled his way back into the States illegally way too many times.”

District Attorney Tim Ward said the family will never have to live in fear of Cerda returning as he will be serving his remaining days in prison.

Trump’s Wall To Reduce Illegal Alien Crime

In his effort to build a wall on the southern border, President Donald Trump has repeatedly warned about crimes committed against Americans by criminals who cross the border illegally.

“In the last two years, ICE [Immigration and Customs Enforcement] officers made 266,000 arrests of aliens with criminal records, including those charged or convicted of 100,000 assaults, 30,000 sex crimes, and 4,000 violent killings,” the president said during a Jan. 8 speech to the nation.

“Last month, 20,000 migrant children were illegally brought into the United States—a dramatic increase. These children are used as human pawns by vicious coyotes and ruthless gangs. One in three women are sexually assaulted on the dangerous trek up through Mexico. Women and children are the biggest victims, by far, of our broken system.

“This is the tragic reality of illegal immigration on our southern border. This is the cycle of human suffering that I am determined to end,” he said.

Trump gave several examples of Americans who became victims of crimes by illegal aliens, including the death of the young police officer Ronil “Ron” Singh, who was allegedly shot by an illegal alien after he pulled him over on suspicion of drunk driving the day after Christmas last year.

“Over the last several years, I’ve met with dozens of families whose loved ones were stolen by illegal immigration. I’ve held the hands of the weeping mothers and embraced the grief-stricken fathers. So sad. So terrible. I will never forget the pain in their eyes, the tremble in their voices, and the sadness gripping their souls,” he said. “How much more American blood must we shed before Congress does its job?”

There is no such thing as a law-abiding illegal. They break the law in coming here and staying here of course, and then they break many other laws. All illegals are career criminals.

So now the American taxpayer has to pay for this illegal alien child rapist to eat and breathe in prison.

Not only that, the victims whom are probably illegals too have probably already received a U visa which can lead to U.S. citizenship.

Put him on Prison Island with no chance to ever come back.
