    According to reliable sources, amnesty was killed when Senate phone lines began burning up - angry Americans. Also, Yesterday, Chuck Floyd, ABP board member, met with Sen. Frist and personally delivered thousands of petitions opposing amnesty and calling for border enforcement. Frist read the petition as Floyd looked on, after which he looked up and said, "These will help."

    WOO HOO, we are being heard!!!! I'll keep burning up the phone lines, too! I did not have much luck this morning, however. The lines were busy and it was hard to get through.
