Perry: DREAM Act detractors have no heart

Gov. Rick Perry (Texas) continued his attack on former Gov. Mitt Romney (Mass) in Thursday night’s Republican presidential debate, and this time the battleground was immigration policy.

Perry a border sate Governor defended his decision to pass a state-based DREAM Act in Texas, which allowed children in the country illegally to pay in-state tuition rates.

“If you say that we should not educate children who have come into our state for no other reason than they have been brought there by no fault of their own, I don’t think you have a heart,â€

That insult to Americans did not go well for Governor Perry. The majority of Americans do not agree that illegal alien students should be given in state tuition in the amount of $22,000.00, while their children are ignored. The focus group that followed the debate on FOX voiced concerns about his illegal immigration comments.

Governor Perry looks soft on illegal immigration. He also added that only 4 people in the legislature voted against this I believe.

Perry is as bad if not worse than Obummer on this issue. Go Romney, lets dump Perry like the bad apple he is. Just what we need.... our third amnesty hack in a row in the white house.

Again, It is almost as if Perry has taken a page out of McCain's game plan from 2008. Like McCain in 2008 Perry has one area for certain they both agree with Obama, Amnesty for their ILLEGALS which drove many who would have been natural McCain supporters to 3rd Party candidates or they did not check anyone on the Presidential line! I can see the same thing again in 2012 if Perry runs against Obama. Citizens realize that Perry is answering only to his Elitist Political Contributors when it comes to ILLEGALS.

Perry dug his grave on calling Social Security unconstitutional and a Ponzi Scheme. And nailed the last nail on his coffin telling Americans who oppose the Dream Act and In-State Tuition for illegal aliens they have no heart.

There's no greater fool than the fool who doesn't know he is one.
