Sure he knows it, but he's like all those other idiots out there who believe a good education solves every problem. I guess it just doesn't occur to him that when illegals get college degrees, then they'll be taking jobs from middle class Americans, not just from the blue-collar folks. How does Perry NOT understand that this is putting illegals ahead of CITIZENS?! Every educated citizen out there does NOT have a job right now, so let's give them even more competition for those scarce jobs.
