Person shot dead at US border
Person shot dead at US border
From correspondents in Washington
19may06
US authorities shot dead a person apparently trying to illegally cross into the United States from Mexico, police said.
The victim was apparently in a car trying to drive past the San Ysidro border control post in southern California when border patrol officers fired, Gary Hassen, a spokesman for nearby San Diego police, said.
The San Ysidro post, between the Mexican city of Tijuana and San Diego, is one of the busiest in the world, with 14 million cars and 40 million people crossing into the United States every year.
The shooting comes amid a heated debate in the US over illegal immigration from Mexico.

Well
Just like any other crime, you know the risks. Do the crime pay the consequences. Don't think for one second that if someone tried this stunt in Mexico they would risk the same fate.

The sad thing is that they'll probably crucify the border patrol officer/s and the family of the scum that was shot will collect on a fat law suit

With the current climate on this issue yes they will sue in hopes of getting a large settlement for the family of someone who was shot while evading arrest for breaking our laws. Now that is justice

The news report that I watched stated that the van was in California heading south when it was stopped north of the border. When officers approached the van the driver accelerated and hit an officer, at that point other officers opened fire killing the driver. Several illegal aliens were inside of the van.
They also showed video of the scene and it was on the north side of the border.
-I think they said 5 shots were fired, but they did not state which type of officers were involved.Democrat or Republican, they are all politicians.

Troops
If we really put troops on the border, there would be many more reports like this one.

Remember the same guy telling us "the border is secure" also has the ability to deploy close to 1 million troops per day.
I would not put it past him to continue his mission by smuggling aliens with C-130 planes and delivering them around the country.Democrat or Republican, they are all politicians.

The man who was shot was a coyote who was due to appear in court in San Diego on Monday. He practically assaulted the officer with his Durango.
Thank you! We are ready to roll.
