GOP presidential hopeful Jon Huntsman said today he's with his rival Rick Perry when it comes to providing in-state tuition to some children of illegal immigrants.

"I don't want to punish young kids for the sins of their parents," said Huntsman, during an interview with CNN's Wolf Blitzer.

Perry took heat at this week's Republican debate for some of his views on border security and immigration. The Texas governor is leading Gallup and other national polls for the GOP nomination.

During Monday's debate, Mitt Romney, Michele Bachmann and Rick Santorum took exception with Perry for signing a Texas law that allows some children of illegal immigrants to obtain in-state tuition at colleges and universities.

Huntsman, as governor of Utah, signed legislation in 2005 creating the Utah Driving Privilege card for people without Social Security numbers. The card granted driving privileges to illegal immigrants, but could not be used as legal identification.

At the debate, Huntsman said Perry's opposition to a fence that would run from California to Texas along the border with Mexico is "nearly treasonous."

I think Huntsman is the least likely to enforce any immigration laws and most likely to give amnesty to illegal aliens of all the Republican presidential candidates.

Neither, should you reward them.

The majority of illegals in this country are male between the ages of 18 and 30,

35, the age for the cut off age of the DREAM Act, is a little old to be calling a "child". More liberal whitewash.

Kids are being punished for their parents sins every day and no one whines about it like illegal alien enablers do.

Other examples come to mind:

American kids will be punished by diverting available financial aid to illegal aliens. How come that's OK?

Whites (kids) are still punished for the sins of slaveowners (parents) from generations ago. Doesn't matter if their forefathers didn't own slaves or were slaves (indentured servants) themselves, if you are white, it is your punishment. Why is this OK?

The American taxpayers are being punished for the sins of illegal aliens and that's supposed to be OK?

I've struggled, big time, to find funding for my daughter to go to college. It sickens me to know that funds that could have been made available to her were given to those who decided not to follow the law. What's WRONG with this picture!!
