    Phoenix officers stop truck, find 23 undocumented immigrants

    Phoenix patrol officers found 23 suspected undocumented immigrants on Thursday morning in a suspicious truck they pulled over.

    Police said officers pulled over the truck at about 8:30 a.m. and the driver took off into the west Phoenix neighborhood.

    Police discovered seven women and 16 men in the cab and bed of the truck.

    Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers were called to the scene and took custody of the 23 people.

    The driver of the truck has not been found.
