What a dufus. We're all asked for our ID when we're stopped. A traffic violation is against the law.

Exactly! I wouldn't call driving without a license and insurance as "minor". I wouldn't call drunk driving "minor". Using fake/stolen ID or giving a fake name are felonies - that's not minor either.

Do they mean that cops won't be asking for ID anymore? Sounds like it to me. Illegal aliens don't have licenses. So now if an American is stopped, they can just refuse to show a license OR insurance card?
After all, all things being equal, wouldn't they be violating my civil rights by asking me for ID?

I notice that the officer who was pulled over didn't say WHY he was pulled over. For the hell of it? I don't think so.

This isnt racial. Its also not about "trying to get a better life". Its about being legal or illegal. If people refuse to learn English, it makes them appear illegal. So why dont they just learn the language?
