They're usually fine until you or your children mess with them. When they gang up, watch out. They've got nothing to lose but a free trip back home, then they can get smuggled back in again. This whole illegal immigration thing is a SHAME. If you look at all the people who have died because of this crap, it's amazing that the country still puts up with this garbage all because it can get cheaper labor. Sad.

MANASSAS, Va. (AP) — A Salvadoran man has been charged with three counts of murder in a series of shootings in a Virginia suburb of Washington, authorities said Friday.

Jose Oswaldo Reyes Alfaro, an illegal immigrant who was ordered deported to El Salvador a decade ago but never left, was charged in the pair of attacks just blocks apart Thursday night that left three people dead and three others injured, Manassas Police Chief Doug Keen said.

The neighborhood has experienced a fair amount of crime and gang activity, but Chief Keen said the killings were not gang-related and Mr. Reyes Alfaro had a relationship of some sort with all the victims. Police are still investigating the exact nature of those relationships.

Chief Keen said 56-year-old Brenda Ashcraft and 37-year-old William Ashcraft were killed in the first attack. A 34-year-old woman was injured and remains hospitalized, and a 15-year-old girl was treated and released. In the second attack, Chief Keen said 48-year-old Julio Cesar Ulloa was killed, and a 77-year-old woman suffered head wounds from a large knife. The other victims were all shot.

MANASSAS, Va. (WUSA/AP) -- Authorities say an illegal immigrant has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder following a series of shootings in Manassas.

Police Chief Doug Keen says 37-year-old Jose Oswaldo Reyes Alfaro, who was charged in the killings, has been subject to deportation since 2002.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokeswoman Cori Bassett said in a statement:

"Jose Oswaldo Reyes-Alfaro, 37, an El Salvadorian national, entered the country illegally in February 2001. He had been granted an immigration benefit which was revoked in 2006. Reyes failed to report and became an at large immigration fugitive. ICE lodged a detainer on Reyes with the Manassas Police Department on February 11, 2011."

Prince William County councilman Corey Stewart says that Alfaro was arrested in 2004 for assault and battery charges, and served 90 days in jail. Alfaro was also arrested in 2008 for being drunk in public.

Stewart blasts the federal government for not deporting him back to El Salvador (see the full statement below).

Police won't speculate on the reason for the shootings, but family members of the victims say it was domestic violence.

Family members say Alfaro shot his live-in girlfriend and best friend to death along with his girlfriend's son after going into a jealous rage. They say his girlfriend was 56-year-old Brenda Ashcraft. Her son was 37-year-old William Ashcraft and Alfaro's best friend was 48-year-old Julio Cesar Ulloa.

Ashcraft was shot at her home on Hood Road. A quarter mile away from the Ashcraft's home, Brenda Ashcraft's niece Melissa King says Jose Alfaro shot and killed his best friend, Julio Cesar Uyo.

King says Alfaro was mean to Brenda but the abuse was never reported. She says she wants people to report domestic violence.

Police say a 77-year-old woman, a 15-year-old girl and a 34-year-old woman were also injured in the attacks.

COREY STEWART'S FULL STATEMENT:

Since August of 2010 when illegal alien and convicted criminal Carlos Montano killed Benedictine Nun, Sister Denise Mosier, the Prince William County Board of Supervisors has been asking the Depart of Homeland Security (DHS) to release the names and whereabouts of the 3,000+ illegal aliens that Prince William authorities have handed over to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE). Just as recently as today Federal Officials have refused to turn over this information.

Now only six months after Sister Mosier's death more fatalities have occurred involving an illegal alien. In nearby Manassas, the primary suspect in a triple homicide is an illegal immigrant who was scheduled for deportation nearly ten years ago. In 2004 and 2008 he committed two other crimes and still was not deported.

Three times the Federal Government had a chance to deport this dangerous criminal, and three times they failed. Three people are now dead.

Congress needs to provide ICE and DHS with the resources they need to protect our citizens from criminal illegal aliens. Our community has already lost too many people to these felons that have no right to be here in the first place and we should not have to lose anymore.
