I went to a city council meeting a spoke with Lt. Spence. He updated me on my communitie's participation. My PD, not only uses Secure Communities, but can take finger prints, in the field, from a patrol car.

So, someone without legal identification, can be finger printed, at the scence of an incident and his prints sent to the state, FBI and ICE.
Just scan the prints and push a button.
