he was arrested one time before the trial that took place at the first of the year. this was in October 05, smuggling in 1000 pounds. he was arrested that time and the arrest was recorded but because he was on immunity the arrest is not showing on record. yet andy ramirez of friends of the border patrol websight, TJ Bonner, of the border patrol union. Sara Carter of the ontariio paper have all made mention of this arrest though for some strange reason. IT NEVER MADE IT TO THE JUDGE OR THE COURTS in regard to the trial

Well, we sure aren't surprised he was caught bringing in drugs again. That's his job! Oh, that's right, it's not his fault though, it's the fault of the drug users in this country.
Wonder how long he will be in jail? Wonder how this will affect his case against us, he's sueing us right?
Did they say where he was arrested?

President Bush and AG Gonzales probably aren't surprised. I'm sure they think it's a job American won't do. Besides that, the guy is just another one of those hard-working illegals we keep hearing about that is only trying to make a better life for himself.

Checked the El Paso newspaper too, nothing, nada. Then again this is probably the deadest time of the year for any reporting.
Civil rights seems to be a very broad term used nowadays. I forget how they justified that.
Well, I'm glad to hear he's in jail. To be continued....

Not only are they not surprised, they are probably quite pleased. After all, these pukebags despise America, its citizens and its laws. Bush and Gonzo are just as low as the drug smugglers!!

Oh dear. Wonder how many they caught? Worst of all, wonder how many got across?
I heard recently, can't recall where, that a couple Pakistani's were recently apprehended at the border too.
I'm scared to think of how many OTM's have gotten into this country unaccounted for.
