•3TV LINK: One arrested at weekly immigration protest in Phoenix
PHOENIX - Immigration protesters were at it again outside Pruitt's Furniture Store in Phoenix this morning.
It's a business that's been the hot bed for Valley protests for at least two months.
Protestors back out fighting the immigration battle The protests seem to get bigger and louder each week.
Police estimate there were more than two-hundred protesters lined up along this side-walk today.
They shout back and forth... wave signs and flags and in the end one person left in handcuffs.
On one side they shout go home, wave their flags and sing the national anthem.
They say it's about the law, not the people.
On the other side, they yell you're a racist, demand citizenship and claim equal rights for everyone.
And in the middle, you have the police keeping the peace every weekend for almost two months.

A furniture store owner has accused Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon of allowing a day labor advocate to use tax dollars to help fund weekly immigration rallies near the store.
Roger Sensing, owner of M.D. Pruitt’s Fine Home Furnishings at Thomas Road and 35th Street, made the accusation in a letter to the mayor on Thursday.
Gordon had asked Sensing and the operator of the day labor center, Salvador Reza, to come to his office this week to attempt to resolve their differences. He asked the men to send “talking pointsâ€Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Perhaps someone could sue the Mayor for giving an improper "standing" within the community and supported by tax dollars. The illegal aliens are in violation of federal law and it should be complied with.
Any ggod lawyers in town, on our side ?
Thet can reference the AZ federal Judge Payne previous decision ?
Judge Payne states: “This Court is convinced that the proper remedy for the injuries alleged by the remaining Plaintiffs—all of whom are in willing violation of federal immigration law—is not judicial intervention, rather, it is simple compliance with federal immigration law. Therefore, the Court must prudentially decline to recognize standing on the part of these plaintiffs.“

Sensing’s son, Mike Sensing, the company’s vice president, said that Pruitt’s is ready to meet — the sooner, the better — but that the mayor must first re-establish trust with them. From Pruitt’s perspective, the solution to the controversy is for Phoenix police to enforce local ordinances in their neighborhood, such as those against littering, loitering and solicitation, Mike Sensing said.

There's definitely something wrong here.
WHY was Home Depot allowed to hire off-duty Phoenix cops but Pruitt's was told he was NOT allowed to hire them?
In addition, why wasn't Reza fined for not holding up his part of the bargain?
WHY aren't the loitering laws enforced there? Are they being enforced anywhere in Phoenix?Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

It wasn't so much that Mr. Sensing wasn't allowed to hire off duty officers. He had hired them, then he stopped the practice after Reza agreed to build the day labor center and keep them off Pruitt's property.
When Reza didn't do that, the Sensings tried to hire the officers a second time and that's when he was turned down.
According to the mayor, the situation....by that time.....had become too political. Too political for Gordon maybe.....he was facing re-election this past November so I'm sure he didn't want to alienate anyone.
Why nothing was done about Reza not holding up his end of the bargain, I'm not sure. Possibly because it amounted to a simple handshake agreement and was not legally binding?Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
