PROVIDENCE — Lt. Gov. Elizabeth Roberts and a host of community advocacy groups yesterday demanded Governor Carcieri rescind what Roberts called “a very shortsightedâ€

By George, these guys should be so upset that they will be marching in the streets on May 1. Just get out there and show RI what you are all about and let them know what demands you have. Don't you dare let another day go by without showing them all you've got.

My hat is off to Governor Roberts!

Coming from out of the N.E. and from a governor that did not run for President this is great news. Remember the raids on the factory up in Mass., I believe that was just done to show the country that Romney was tough on illegal immigration. Perhaps Romney could learn from Roberts?

No matter how much the OBL whines, citizens of Rhode Island and the US want our laws enforced now. There is nothing unreasonable about this.
