I heard Judge Napolitano say this too, florgal. He made the point that Mr. Obama knew constitutional law. He did not want to say that Obama had misleading intentions, though he admitted that Obama should know that illegal aliens would be included. Let's face it, our government ignores laws where convenient, they do their own interpreting of laws, and they also believe that if people are convinced that language is in the bill that says illegal aliens are not included, people will not realize that there are zero verification measures as far as citizenship or eligibility.

THISIS SOMETHING TO REALLY THINK ABOUT ISN'T IT? BUT FOR NOW I AM GLAD THAT THE LOOPHOLE HAS BEEN CLOSED AND IT SHOULD STAY THAT WAY. ILLEGALS HAVE BEEN RECEIVING A HOST OF BENEFITS THAT U.S. CITIZENS HAVE BEEN DENIED. THEY ARE RECEIVING EVERYTHING FROM FOOD STAMPS TO MEDICAID AND ALSO SOME BENEFIT FROM THE AFDC PROGRAM. LadyStClaire: Even in the ESC (unemployment offices) a manager told me recently that he was only required by Federal Law to E-Verify the MIGRATE FARM WORKERS.

But the loophole is the illegals are working the migrate farm work. The farm owner say it is b/c they need cheap labor. But wait a minute who did the farmers rent their migrate farmers, too. Yes, rent them out. Is this happening? I think so! The farmers are in on the money scheme, too with the public school and all other government agencies. Wake up more North Carolina Citizens!
