Reported illegal alien jailed on child abuse charge

A reported illegal alien remains in the Washington County Jail on $100,000 bond after his arrest Monday for the alleged sexual abuse of a local 3-year-old girl.

Fermin Almazan Garcia, 27, faces charges of child sexual abuse as a result of the alleged incident.

According to the probable cause affidavit filed in the case, the allegation came to light Monday.

After a off-hand comment by the child alerted the mother to potential abuse, the mother immediately confronted Garcia, who initially denied the allegations but later admitted that he was guilty of the actions. He reportedly told the woman that he wanted to “make it right,” the affidavit states.

The mother of the child then called police and reported the incident and informed them that Garcia was an illegal alien.

Reportedly, as police were moving to arrest Garcia, it became known that Garcia and his parents were planning to move to Missouri on June 20 and that he was “packing the van” to leave.

Police were able to locate and arrest Garcia.

A 3 yr. old........these people make me sick.

Too bad the van wasn't heading over the southern border.

Well Mr Bush...another mess you have gotten us into. Will you explain to the girl's mother how your miserably failed policies and lack of concern for the well-being and safety of Americans contributed to this?

How did the child's mother know he was an illegal I wonder.

I guess he couldn't find a puppy.
