    Fairfield, Ohio -- A Fairfield restaurant owner could be deported after being charged with harboring and hiring illegal immigrants, authorities said. -- Jing Fei Jiang, an illegal alien who owns Bee's Restaurant, was charged Thursday in U.S. District Court in Cincinnati with one count of inducement of illegal aliens, authorities said.

    Great! He should be deported. Find enough like him and we wouldn't haven't to worry about financing our battle against illegal aliens. Confiscate their assets and sell them off to the highest bidder (that being an American citizen of course).

    What are the laws for confiscation of property in this case? I can just see some judge ruling he gets to keep the property and take the money with him...

    You're right, one of our many activist judges would probably do such a thing. The fact is though, the mans assest were largely gained through an illegal activity, so according to the law his property should be confiscated. In my opinion, it's the same deal that gets drug dealers property confiscated.

    Actually, the guy shouldn't be deported until he does a couple years in prison. Guess we could use the price obtained from his property to support his prison stay.

    He should be jailed then deported along with all those he hired. Yes his assets should be confiscated as they were gained illegally. Let it be a sign to other employers what happens when you break the laws. Drop in the bucket but it is a start.
