Police hope the online list will help draw information from the public.

SANTA ANA – Police have posted a "Most Wanted" list on the department Web site in an effort to draw information from the public on crimes that might otherwise go unsolved.

The list currently has seven men on it: Two suspected murderers, three attempted-murder suspects, a man wanted for identity and auto theft and an escaped burglary suspect. Police plan to update the site as needed with persons of interest and suspects.

The Most Wanted list is at www.santa-ana.org/pd/mostwanted.asp . It has a mug shot for each suspect and a link to more information, including their descriptions, details of their suspected crimes, and how to contact police.

Some of the suspects appearing on the site may be wanted in connection with gang-related homicides. That means people providing information that leads to their arrest may be eligible for a reward of up to $50,000.

Gee, this most wanted poster is about the same as every other city in the state of CA. Made up of 99% of Bush's good hearted, law abiding, honest, hard working, strong family values types.

There's definitely a running theme among the most wanted criminals isn't there???
