SANTA FE, N.M. -- Federal agents said they've arrested 11 undocumented immigrants at Santa Fe apartment complexes during what they call routine enforcement actions.

Some immigrants said the agents never identified themselves as immigration officers and weren't wearing badges.

Others said agents posed as police officers.

Immigration Customs and Enforcement spokeswoman Leticia Zamarripa said the team picked up six men on Wednesday and two other men on Thursday.

She said two women and another man -- who all have minor children -- were served notices to appear at an immigration hearing.

Somos Un Pueblo Unido director Marcela Diaz said immigration officials have been going after people without criminal records or warrants.
