    SCHIP Bill passed

Just heard on the radio where the SCHIP bill passed in the House. However, there are not enough votes to override the threatened veto of Bush.

VETO VETO! One good thing that the man will do. Only because he needs to fund the war and the nation is going broke and he knows it.

    That is so depressing.

Now our elderly will get their Medicare benefits cut even more. I've registered elderly people into the hospital that had to choose between medicine or food. Now even the kids in this country illegally will have health insurance. I just got home from work and was in a decent mood but the passing of this bill just floored me.

The gentleman who heads the Health and Human Services was on CSPAN and yes even he admitted illegal alien families would be accessing this. He also said that the poor family could earn 80 plus thousand dollars a year (based on family of four) and be able to use this insurance.

But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

    secretly-negotiated bill

Rep Brady Disappointed by Latest Children’s Insurance Bill

Democrats promote flawed bill to draw President’s veto

Washington, D.C. - U.S. Congressman Kevin Brady (R-Texas), a member of the House Ways and Means Committee, announced he will oppose congressional Democrat’s latest version of the federal program to fund children’s health insurance. Although few in Congress have actually seen the secretly-negotiated bill that includes billions of dollars of new spending, the House is expected to vote on the massive measure later today.

“Done right the Children’s Health Insurance Program is great preventative medicine, keeping families healthier, avoiding more serious illnesses later and keeping children out of our hospital emergency rooms,â€

Bush said he will veto...we will see..because it was done for the illegal children...and God knows the NAU wants it...for it will help destroy the US...and then they think we will be a more happy New World Order...a big happy global world...just as crappy as countries like lets say for example: Senagal

I mean after watching the UN today... and after calling all these Socialist Senators......sorry, but I find myself in a foul mood

I think we need to email, fax and phone President Bush tomorrow. He already said he would veto this.

    I hope he means it.

White House email, phone and fax blitz sounds necessary.

And better not refer to him as Jorge, El Presidente and all of that in the process.
